Cosham Court Nursing Home is registered to accommodate and support older people. The registered manager is Alison Lang.

Cosham Court is catered to support older people. We have lots of facilities/activities to help stimulate our guests and keep them happy. We offer accommodation, mainly in the form of single rooms, some of which have en-suite facilities. All of the rooms come with Nurse Call Points to ensure that we can help meet the needs of our residents as fats as possible.

Residents are welcome to bring in personal effects from their current home as long as they comply with our Health & Safety regulations.

We have a person-centred approach to caring for our residents. We believe that this helps us meet all of our clients care and social needs. Our registered nurses assess, monitor and evaluate the needs of each resident, and this is shown in the form of a comprehensive care plan. we also have regular visits from GP's and other health professionals.
